Large Figures 5c. red, four margined example from Plate B, position 46, showing break in outer frame line below EN of Centavos tied by oval CORREO NACIONAL-FRANCA-DEL ROSARIO handstamp in black. A very rare stamp on letter, believed to be the only cover bearing this plate variety. Signed Knietschel.
