VERY FINE. AN EXTRAORDINARILY RARE OF THE 10-MIL POSTAGE DUE TRIAL COLOR PLATE PROOF BLOCK OF FOUR.
The 10-mil was the only value that was produced in trial color plate proofs. There were seven distinct color and paper combinations. It is believed only three sheets of each color were printed. Bale $400
