Also Signed Nahum Tzvi Yaffe who was also an important activist, a large multi-Hasid. These Notes are Rare Thanks To Very Nice Ottoman Stamps Franking Hard To Find. 2. The Other Letter Was  sent From A woman named Sarah Isaacs Oakland, USA, to the General Committee the Israeli Knesset in Jerusalem, which was the most important public institution at the time.
