FINE AND RARE USE OF THE 50-CENT AND ONE-DOLLAR CHINA OVERPRINTS.

This correctly pays the 2.01 rate (1.75 insured for 2,100 francs, 10c registry fee, 10c for the first 20 grams, and 6c for the second 20 grams).
