Belgian Congo-NZ 1944 WWII censored air cover ex Information & Publicity Dept. to Belgian consul in Wellington, NZ. Franked 8 stamps to 249.50F, canc Leopoldville 22.11?.44. With circular censor h/s (applied in transit at Cairo, Egypt) & (unusually) with 2 strikes of large "A.V.2" h/s (very scarce P.O. accounting h/s on loose airmail bundles sent to next office of exchange). Extensive edge wear & creasing but rare origin & markings for war-time mail to NZ.
