1897 Dowager Small Figure surch. 10c on 9Cd, with double overprints variety (Chan 44f),
fresh MH with large part pristine original gum. Showing sharp dull green colour. In very fine condition. Should be one of the finest example of this popular rarity of Dowager Issues. Only one pane of 20 stamps were recorded and were identified with 19 mint stamps and one used stamp. Extremely rare. B.P.A. certificate attached.
