1911 (Oct 18) printed postcard from Hankow to US,f.w. CIP 3c x 2, tied by Hankow bisected bilingual cds., along with Shanghai Chinese PO and an unclear Japanese PO transit cds. The printed content of the postcard was a report of the Wuchang Uprising by editor M.N. Grable onboard USS Helena. The sloppy handwriting on address side reflected the emergency of the situation. Significant historical item witnessing the turning point of contemporary Chinese history.
