Numeral cancel "45" and GRONINGEN datestamp on front, addressed with rate of 55 cents only used via TRIEST. FINE AND VERY RARE, NO MORE THAN EIGHT COVERS SENT TO DUTCH INDIA WITH THIS FRANKING.
