AUSTRALIA, New South Wales, H&G B6, 1895 ½p Gray on cream envelope, with Stamped to Order Tasmania indicium of ½d added at left, some light toning, still Very Fine and believed to be unique, Dr. Parks submitted this to Postal Stationery #401 (March-April 2015), where it was speculated that it could have been intended as a Tasmania stationery envelope (the New South Wales indicium being ignored), or created for use after the formation of the Commonwealth of Australia when postage from each state was valid in all others, Wayne Menuz concluded by saying "regardless of the intent, it is a spectacular item"Sale 3044: The Dr. Larry C.
