Siebold" in Hammelman's hand (as are all known FDCs of this issue), January 31 Special Delivery duplex backstamp, Very Fine, only a few FDCs made of this issue, 1974 AFDCS certificate (Scott $6,000)rnThe 1922 10c Orange yellow horizontal coil was the last regularly-issued stamp of the Washington Franklin series. Only the 1c Green Rotary press sheet waste (#544) was issued later, with an EDU of December 17, 1922. Less than a year after the 10c coil was introduced the Fourth Bureau series began with the issuance of the 11c Hayes on October 4, 1922.
