Cover (opened on 3 sides for display) sent WITHOUT POSTAGE on 18/FE/1884 from Ingenio Santa Lucía to Rosario. It was sent without postage due to the shortage of stamps, as indicated on back (handwritten note "There are no more stamps..."), with blue oval mark of "1º Distrito Comisaría Monteros - Tucumán"). It also bears a rectangular datestamp of MONTEROS (19/FE) on front and back, and arrival marks of Rosario 21/FE, fine quality, very interesting, market value US$100
