Official cover of the Banco Agrícola del Paraguay, franked with official stamp of 10c. lilac, sent to Buenos Aires in APR/1897 (arrival backstamp). Genuinely used official covers of Paraguay are very rare, with official stamps used correclty, and that do not have the Consul of Buenos Aires Mr Alonso as addressee (philatelic covers).
