Folded cover dated "1863" inside sent to Buenos Aires, with oval mark "AGENCIA GENERAL Y CASA DE COMISIONES - DE - FELIPE AUGUSTO PICOT - VILLA DE MERCEDES" in greenish blue (GJ.MSJ 21) very well applied. On back it bears a hand-written note: "Muy recomendada al mayoral Picot - Contestación por La Protegida de Picot, Rivadavia 305" (see text below the MSJ 22 in the GJ catalog), very fine quality, rare, signed by Alberto Solari
