RARE DESTINATION and long journey: 3c. Rivadavia postal card + additional postage (total 6c.) sent from Rosario to GUATEMALA on 3/AU/1896, with transit marks of Rio de Janeiro 10/AU and St. Thomas (27/AU), arrival in Guatemala on 27/SE. The addressee had moved to Germany and on 2/OC the cover was forwarded to Hamburg, arriving on 24/OC, very fine quality!
