Interesting forged letter: Entire letter sent from Paysandú to Salto on 12/AP/1866, franked with an overprinted Escudito 15c. + 5c. Figure imperforate, both with forged framed FRANCA cancel, according to a certificate of the "Royal" the stamps were added to the letter, very interesting as reference, low start!
