Province of Santiago del Estero PRINTED ON GUM (UV neutral front, phosphorescent back), one of the ONLY 4 known stamps. I found this spectacular piece while going through the stock of a collector who passed away many years ago. The rest of the stamps of this sheet were probably sold and are part of some collection, or are lost forever! Unique opportunity!
