GJ.20, 3ª printing, superb example franking an interesting entire letter sent from TUCUMÁN to Salta on 16/NO/1865, with rococo cancel (+75%), superb quality. The long text is very interesting and of historical value; it includes comments about political issues, of chaos and illegality in the acts of the govenment in Salta, the desire for revenge of the sender who had been outlawed (J.Uriburu), of a group of people from Salta who died in their way to Córdoba, the Chaco war, etc.
