Israel 1948 Interim - Commercial cover mailed in Tel Aviv to David Mazor,  Aliya 64 Street, Franked 10 Mil Interim Ship stamp, tied by Israeli Tri-lingo p/m dated 23.5 1948. The Interim (Minhelet Ha'am) postage stamps were allowed for postal usage until May 22 1948. However letters dropped in mail boxes (such as this cover) on May 22 received May 23rd postmarks on the next day without postage due penalty.  F-VF & scarce.
