Henry Stammetz and sent via Venice and Rome to Naples arriving Oct. 8, showing fine strike of GERMANIA handstamp in red, disinfected on an undeterminded point along the route. In addition 1779 letter from Pera (Constantinople) endorsed 'netto di fuora' on the route to Venice with red paper seal of disinfection on arrival.
