Danube Steam Navigation Co 1843 (Aug 21): Entire letter from Braila to Constantinople struck with framed PORT PAYÉ rectangular handstamp in brown ink (Tchilinghirian fig. 804), somewhat unclear strike but this handstamp is only found used in Braila and very rarely so.
