A fresh and interesting item in the special rate to Hungary.rnNote: Correctly franked for the first postal treaty between Serbia and Austria which came finally into effect on September 19 / October 1, 1869. The postage between Hungary and Serbia was lower than that between Austria and Serbia, 5 kreuzer or 25 para only.
