Austrian offices in Bulgaria 1871 (June 21): Cover from Constantinople to Wattwyl Switzerland, endorsed "Via Varna", bearing 1867 coarse whiskers 10 s. blue, two fresh single examples, tied by clear framed "LETTERE ARIVATE PER MARE VARNA 21 / 6 71" three line datestamp (Tchilinghirian fig. 115) of the Lloyd Post Office. Reverse with St. Gallen transit and Wattwyl arrival cds's (June 25). A fine usage with 10 s. for the Levant, 5 s. for Austria and 5 s. for Switzerland. Opinion Ferchenbauer (1996).
