1876: Envelope with an insured value of 200 francs from Noé to Paris, bearing Sage 5 c. green type I, 25 c. bistre, both in horizontal pairs and 10 c. black on lilac, all stamps with fresh colours and good perforation, tied by clear despatch "NOÉ HAUTE-GARONNE 21 MARS 81" cds, CHARGÉ in red alongside. Reverse with timbre indicatif de chargement, different transit as well as arrival cds of the same day. Cover slightly shortened at top, nevertheless very attractive. rnNote: The total postage include the letter rate of 15 c., a fixed rate of 25 c. and an insured value fee of 10 c. for each 100 fr. or parts thereof, in this case 20 c., in total 60 c., here overpaid by 10 centimes.
