1827 (Feb 5): Unpaid entire letter (full transcript enclosed with the lot) from Rio Chico to Caracas and readdressed to Valencia, endorsed 'Servcio' at top with manuscript '½ oz' alongside, addressed to General José Antonio Páez, struck with fine strike of oval framed "REPUBLICA DE COLOMBIA /  Caracas / Debe" handstamp in black.
