1902/11: Covers (3) with 1902 small underpaid cover from USA franked 2 c red, taxed on arrival with 1901 Postage Due 2 c. olive grey in a strip of three at Santo Domingo (Aug 8); 1907 cover from New York to Puerto Plata sent unpaid and taxed by 1901 Postage Due 10 c. olive grey on arrival (Jan 31); and unusual 1911 incoming cover from France originally franked at 12 c. and addressed to Santo Domingo (June 3), undelivered and returned to sender and taxed in Blois and in Finistere. An unusual group.
