1909: Lithographed 20 c. orange & black, a corner marginal block of four used on 1909 registered cover locally mailed within La Paz, cancelled by datestamps in violet (Aug 16), with oval "Correos de Bolivia / Expendio / La Paz" cachet alongside. File fold well away from the adhesives, a scarce issue on letter. Tiny inclusion at top of envelope but most attractive.
