1847: Embossed 1 s. pale green, Die 2, a used horizontal strip of four, just touched at right and with ample to large margins on three sides, each stamp cancelled by '498' Manchester obliterators in black. Small nick caused by silk thread split at base of third stamp and trace of thin on fourth, otherwise a fine, attractive and scarce multiple Gi = £ 3'800+.
