Poste Egiziane / Cairo" datestamps in black (Aug 10) for internal double rate, forwarded from Alexandria with Great Britain 1865/73 4 d. vermilion pl. 12 in a horizontal pair (single rate) tied by faint "BO1" obliterator and by 'Alexandria' cds (Aug 12) in black.
