1876 (Oct 28): Combination cover from Callao to London franked by Peru 1866/67 Llama 20 c. brown diagonally bisected paying the internal rate (Scott 18a) and Great Britain 1873/80 6 d. grey pl.14 and 1 s. green pl. 11, all three stamps tied by three strikes of the "C38" obliterator with 'Callao' despatch cds on reverse (Oct 28) and London arrival (Nov 28).
