Celliers, perforated 12 1883 (April 5): 3 d. pale red, two examples: one diagonally bisected, used on cover from Nylstroom to Marabas Stad paying the 4 d. internal rate tied by circular "15" numeral obliterators of Nylstroom in black. Philatelic as addressed to E. Tamsen, but nevetheless rare Gi = £ 800.
