Canea / Xania 1867/74: 10 s. blue in a horizontal pair, used on 1882 registered cover from Canea to Marseille, tied by fine strikes of circular CANEA datestamps (20/3) in black (Tchilinghirian fig. 534), with large and unrecorded "Chargé" at lower right in black. Reverse with Brindisi transit (25/3) and Marseille arrival cds (28/3) in black. File fold away from adhesives, a rare and attractive cover.
