Candia / Heraklion 1864/1914: Collection on leaves (41 covers/13 loose stamps or pieces) with 1864 Arms 10 s.. blue pairs each cancelled CANDIA cds's (Tchilinghirian fig. 542), 1867 issue 5 s. red pair used on 1873 entire to Athens with Large Hermes 20 l. blue, 1867 10 s. blue on covers/entires (6), covers and cards with 'baton' lettering three line CANDIA cds with fine usage on 1887 5 s. stationery card and 1888 1 pi. on letters, 1892 double weight registered franking to Germany, 1895 Printed Matter usage with 10 pa. on 3 kr. tied by CANDIA cds in blue, 1904 Crete 'centimes' registered postcard usage, 1900 registered double weight cover to Canada, covers with Crete 1908 50 c. frankings etc. A marvellous lot.
