1864: Arms 3 s. green and 15 s. brown, perf. 9½, used on 1867 entire letter to Genova endorsed 'Via Brindisi' carried by Italian ship tied by "Constantinopel" datestamp (25/1) in black (Tchilinghirian fig. 387). Small cartridge PIROSCAFI / POSTALI / ITALIANI in black above and  'P.D.' in red. Reverse with Brindisi transit cds (Jan 30) and arrival. Slight aging but a scarce entire.rnrnNote: On October 15, 1866 the Lloyd rate was reduced from 20 soldi to 10 soldi. The Italian rate was 8 soldi. The rate was to rise to 28 soldi in circa February 1867.
