1855/62: Selection of covers/entires (5) all showing two line dated BEYRUT handstamps (Tchilinghirian fig. 2) and all with fine to superb strikes, with two entires to Vienna charged at 35 kreuzer (one endorsed 'Lloyd Austr.'), an 1862 entire to Trieste (illustrated in Hans Smith 'Austrian P.O.'s in Levant' on page 18) and another to Marseille sent via Trieste with '20/15' (kr.) rate and charged '10' décimes due, and 1855 cover to Stäfa, Zurich rated at '12/9' (kr.) and charged 105 rappen on arrival.
