1858 (Dec 13): Printed Matter entire letter from Bahia to Montpellier, France endorsed 'per Tyne' (RMSP Steamer), and carried via London where framed "GB / 2F PK" Accountancy marking applied in black (rare, Van Der Linden fig. 1625, applied to Printed Matter only). 'Angl. / Amb. Calais' in red on front alongside "15" décime charge marking, both in red. Montepellier arrival cds (Jan 9, 1859) on reverse of a fine and unusual entire.
