Guadalajara Provisionals 1867: Third Printing Un (1) real black, imperforate on blued thin oblong quadrille paper, a horizontal pair used on 24 October 1867 cover to Mexico City cancelled by oval "Franqueado / Guadalajara" handstamp in black (Schatzkes fig. 296). Internal docketing stating received on Nov 4th. A delightful and very rare cover. Cert. Mepsi (2017).
