Mailed via London (Oct 18) with red transit and 'Arzew / Oran' arrival cds (Oct 22) in black; also 3 c. black on green postal stationery card used in 1896 to Narva, Estonia via St. Petersburg with arrival cds on reverse. Scarce and attractive pair.
