Forerunner Stationery 1890: 10 pf. carmine card, frame type a. (no imprint), used from Kamerun to Dornumersiel, dated 1 January 1890, cancelled by a fine strike of the scarce "KAMERUN / BIAFRAKÜSTE"" circular datestamp in black (Woermann steamer 'Elobey'), with arrival circular datestamp "DORNUMERSIEL" dated 27 January 1890 in a blue-black. Diagonal corner crease top right, not obvious, otherwise fine and scarce (VP21I). The Biafraküste postmark was used between 26/12/89 and 1/5/90.
