1898/1926: Accumulation of unused material including overprint varieties and four complete sets. Noted; 1898 2 p. black & carmine with variety 'V for A' (Gi 8a = £ 375); horizontal pair of 1899 40 c. orange-brown with variety 'Broad top to M' (Gi 13/13b = £ 325), run of fourteen Spanish values from 1903/05 (Gi 17/30) with additional 50 c. purple & violet with variety 'CD sideways' (Gi 21a = £ 450) and the set of twelve Great Britain stamps overprinted with Spanish currency 1907/12 issues (Gi 112/123 = £ 200) and the overprinted Seahorse issues (Gi 136/138 = £ 300) as well as a block of four 3 p. on 2 s. 6 d. (Gi 140 = £ 200). A mostly fine assembly with the odd tone spot or flaw. Scarce Gi = £ 2'380+.
