1859: Album page study of the 5 c. blue, comprising fifteen used and three pieces, combination franking with 10 c. red-brown, the singles are in various shades and cancelled by a variety of postmarks in mostly good to fine condition, one is from stone B sheet position 50 and scarce "Inverted" positions variety, comes with a Bortfeldt certificate (2006), the three pieces include two tied by Bogota ovals one which is the 'Eyeglass' handstamp, the other is attractively cancelled by a blue framed oval "MEDELLIN / FRANCA", all three pieces have Bortfeldt certificates (2008), a nice assembly, a few have minor faults, although a scarce selection, mixed frankings especially Scott = $1'050.
