Recess by Perkins Bacon 1861: 2 d. blue, clean cut perf. 14-16, variety wmk. Swan sideways, an unused block of eight (2 x 4) showing portion of the sheet margin at left, of lovely fresh colour, good perforations, slight staining on seventh stamp not greatly affecting the fine appearance, unused without gum.
