1851: Entire letter from Venezia to Brescia, bearing Carta a coste verticali 15 c. 'rosso vermiglio chiaro' in a horizontal strip of three with mixed types I + I + II, a fine and fresh multiple with good to large margins all round, tied by three strikes of "VENEZIA / 2. AGO" two line datestamp, reverse with BRESCIA arrival datestamp and distribution cachet. Part of address crossed out, minor staining, otherwise a most interesting usage of this mixed type multiple.
