British Post Office 1850: Cover from Cefalonia to London endorsed "via Marseilles", with CEFALONIA Greek P.O. hooded datestamp of despatch (Feb. 21), prepaid with "5d." in manuscript with '3' credit at right when transferred to British P.O. and struck with fair "♚  / PAID AT CEFALONIA" in black ink. Reverse with MALTA double arc transit cds (Feb. 25) and London arrival cds (March 8) in red and charged '1/9d.' due to pay Gi = £ 1'800.
