Carried via the Cape and carried on the "Deux Nanettes" with fair COLONIES PAR BORDEAUX in black. The entire reports on the devastating fire that struck Port Louis on the night of Sepotember 26, 1816 and besides the fascinating content shows a superb strike of this rare Port Louis marking.
