Seille to Nancy, bearing a horizontal pair of 5 c. green yellow with normal underprint 'burelage droit', tied by light "MONCEL A. D. SEILLE 11 3 71" despatch cds in black, information strike at base, reverse with arrival cds of the same day. A rare postmark in the final Prussian type, for Moncel the literature knows only the provisional type.
