1853: Double rate Entire letter written in Paris (Oct 13, 1854) and directed to Béziers bearing Napoléon imperf. 40 c. orange with large sheet margin at left showing 'filet d'encadrement', a fine example with good margins, tied by Étoile de Paris mute obliterator, reverse with indistinct arrival cds. Light toning, nevertheless an appealing and rare franking, signed Goebel Maury 16e = € 4'100.
