1853: Envelope from Aubusson to Lyon bearing Napoléon imperf. 25 c. blue, a fresh example with large to enormous margins, tied by Petits Chiffres '167' numeral lozenge, matching despatch cds (June 30, 1854) alongside, reverse with Clermont-Ferrand transit and LYON arrival cds of the next day. An appealing usage from the last day of the 25 c. letter rate which was lowered to 20 c. on July 1st, 1854.
