1863/71: 2 d. slate-green and 4 d. blue, perf. 12 by Harris, used on 1864 cover to Dunkirk, France endorsed "via Southampton" tied by Launceston '63' numeral obliterators in black with "POST OFFICE / LAUNCESTON / ♚" datestamp in red (Aug 28). Circular "AUSTRALIE / V.SUEZ AMB." in red (Oct 16) at left and charged with handstruck '10' décimes to pay. Some edge wear but a scarce and attractive franking.
