274th - 283th Corinphila Auction - Day 4

1882: 15 st. plum and pale mauve paying the 15 st. reduced rate between Bulgaria and Serbia on 1891 cover tied by a blue star cancel with the bilingual expedition cds (Sept 22) struck on the front to Belgrade. Two black bilingual transit marks Orhanie and on the reverse Sofia cds and Belgrade arrival. According to the opinion Penev (2021) only very few covers at this reduced rate are known.
