1926: Fiscal 5 c. purple and 20 c. brown, each with framed 'Postage' handstamped surcharge in violet, used on reverse of 1926 cover to Russia tied by 'ULAN BATOR / MONGOLIA' datestamps in black (Sept 7) with arrival (Sept 26) alongside. Obverse showing an ink splask from further strikes of both datestamps, the envelope roughly opened at right.
